who had been ill for the past two weeks, and living by herself in the Perrault Forest. He is in the middle of perfecting his signature, the deep frying and cannibalization of his victim, when Ms. Hood's fourteen-year-old granddaughter, "Little Red", stops by with some food for her grandmother, something that Wülf never expected.
As this narration goes on, Wulf produces the bucket of chicken and is about to take a bite when the narration concludes and:

RED
Oh my, Grandma! You are sounding so much worse than before! I brought some stuff that will hopefully make you feel better. I was so sorry to hear that the Doctor thinks it's rabies.
Red grabs the bucket of chicken as Wulf ineffectually looks dismayed.
RED
Oh, Grandma, my favorite! Fried quail! Thank you so much!
Red sits at the table and starts to eat.
Wulf
So, eh, darling, this is an...unexpected treat. What brings you?
RED
Oh, Grandma, I told you I was coming by. Wow, your nose is really big and swollen!
Wulf
The better to smell that lovely stuff you brought my, my dear.
RED
Oh, I almost forgot! Here, let me get that for you!
Red gets up and goes over the the basket. Wulf starts to reach for the bucket of chicken but is stymied when Red whirls back around cheerfully holding dog food and flowers. She returns to her seat after placing the flowers in a vase and putting the dog food in front of Wulf.
RED
Here you go, Grandma! I don't know why you wanted dog food, but I guess rabies makes you have some weird cravings! Ooh, your eyes are so big and swollen too!
WULF
Just a side effect of all the medicine the apothecary put me on.
RED
But you didn't go to the apothecary, grandma.
Red gets up and heads over to Wulf, grasping his hand compassionately, stroking his wrist.
RED
You said since rabies was incurable there was no point. Grandma, does rabies make you all hairy as well?
Wulf snatches his hand away.
Wulf
Y-Yes, darling, rabies has lots of odd side effects. Now come here and sit on Grandma's lap, and she'll tell you a story.
Red sits down in her chair again and starts eating the chicken again.
RED
Oh, Grandma, I'm too old for stories, does rabies make you forget things too? And besides I was talking to the doctor and he said you need to take it easy, shouldn't you get in bed, Grandma? I could join you if that would make you more comfortable, but isn't rabies contagious? I mean if we-
Wulf leaps to his feet.
WULF
Stop! Eating! Your Grandmother! Oh my god, it's creepy!
Wulf rips off the hat and dress while talking.
Wulf
I'm a serial killer, do you get it? A serial killer! You'd think I'd be used to this kind of bullshit but seriously, you're eating your own grandmother! I mean I was going to but it's not like I know her, it's not like I'm related to her! Your own grandmother! My god!
Beat.
WULF
And I'm still hungry! AAAAAAAAGH!
Wulf runs around the table at Red, who runs around the table the other way. This continues until Red makes a break for the door with Wulf in hot pursuit.
FADE IN TEXT WHICH BOOTH READS:

Red managed to escape, but so did Wulf, who went on to claim five more victims: the three little pigs, the boy who cried wolf, and a local boy named Edward Cullen. If you have any information about Wulf's whereabouts, call 1-800-GET-GRIM.
